Bank of Japan emergency rate cut in August?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Bank of Japan (BoJ) holds an emergency meeting after which rates are cut (by whatever mechanism the BoJ uses) by any amount between August 5 and August 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An emergency meeting is defined as any unscheduled meeting called by the BoJ outside of its regular scheduled policy meetings. The resolution source will be official announcements from the BoJ’s website (https://www.boj.or.jp/en/) or credible news sources reporting on the emergency meeting.
