Ledger hacker arrested by end of 2023?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Ledger hacker responsible for the December 14, 2023 exploit is arrested by December 31, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting, however official information from the governments involved in any action against the Ledger hacker will also be used.
