On February 10, North Carolina Representative Destin Hall introduced H.B. 92, a bill to establish a strategic bitcoin reserve (see: https://crypto.news/pro-north-carolinas-strategic-bitcoin-reserve-bill-a-big-deal). This market will resolve to "Yes" if H.B. 92, the NC Digital Digital Assets Investments Act, is signed into law by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” The resolution source will be official information from the North Carolina Legislature or a consensus of credible reporting.
