NYC-Dublin portal back online by Monday?

The livestream portal art project connecting New York City and Dublin by camera has been temporarily turned off after displays of nudity and offensive words/memes were shared over it. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the livestream "portal" between New York City and Dublin is back online by May 20, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
