This market will resolve to "Yes" if the SEC does not make a decision to approve the first spot Bitcoin ETF on the dates of January 8-10, 2024 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the SEC approves the first spot Bitcoin ETF on January 8-10, ET this market will resolve to "No" immediately. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the SEC.
