Special counsel investigates Clarence Thomas in 2024?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if a special counsel investigation into U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is publicly announced by the Department of Justice (DOJ) between August 11 and December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Investigations or inquiries not conducted by a special counsel or initiated by entities other than the DOJ will not be considered for this market. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US Government.
