This market will resolve to "Yes" if all numbers 1-10 on Billboard's Hot 100 are held by Taylor Swift for the first week her new album "The Tortured Poets Department" is released. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The "first week" is defined as the first Billboard week that takes into account songs from Taylor swift's new album. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Billboard (https://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-100/).
