Tylenol sues Trump by October 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kenvue Inc. or one of its subsidiaries files a lawsuit against Donald Trump or the Trump administration related to statements, recommendations, or policies made about Tylenol/acetaminophen or its use between September 22 and October 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The lawsuit must be directly related to statements or policies made about Tylenol/acetaminophen to qualify. An announcement of a lawsuit will NOT qualify for a “Yes” resolution; a lawsuit must actually be filed. The primary resolution sources for this market will be official information from the relevant court. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
