Will American Airlines be ungrounded by Noon?

On the morning July 19, 2024, the FAA grounded all flights from Delta, United, and American Airlines due to a communication issue (see https://www.cnn.com/2024/07/19/business/delta-american-airlines-flights-outage-intl-hnk/index.html): This market will resolve to "Yes" if American Airlines is ungrounded and resumes flight operations within the continental United States by 12:00 PM ET on July 19, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution will be based on official statements from the FAA or American Airlines, or a consensus of credible reporting indicating that American Airlines has been permitted to operate takeoffs for commercial passenger flights within the continental US.
