Will Bitcoin ($BTC) price reach $70,000 before November 15, 2021?

This is a market on whether the USD price of Bitcoin ($BTC) will reach $70,000 at any point at or before 11:59:59 PM ET, November 14, 2021. This market will resolve to "Yes" whenever the USD price of $BTC is at or above $70,000.00 according to Coingecko (https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bitcoin), and if that condition is not met by the resolution date, it will resolve to "No".
