Will Capitol foreign flag ban be signed into law?

On November 18, Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno introduced a bill that would ban the display of foreign flags on Capitol grounds (see: https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2025/03/05/exclusive-sen-bernie-moreno-introduces-bill-ban-foreign-flags-capitol-grounds/). This market will resolve to "Yes" if this bill is signed into law by May 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source will be official information from the U.S. Government however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
