Will Giuliani appear in court for Arizona indictment?

On May 14 it was reported that Rudy Giuliani still hadn't been served with the Arizona indictment, as he could not be found, and that he must appear in court on May 21 (see https://edition.cnn.com/2024/05/14/politics/arizona-officials-giuliani-indictment-2020/index.html). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Rudy Giuliani appears for his scheduled initial court appearance for the Arizona indictment on May 21. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting
