This market will resolve to "Yes" if Hamas releases all living Israeli hostages held in Gaza by October 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Hostage rescues will not qualify. If there is ambiguity over whether all living hostages have been released, official Israeli statements will be used as the primary resolution source. The resolution source for this market will be a official statements form the Israeli government and a consensus of credible reporting.
