Will House and Senate pass funding bill by October 2?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if both the US House and Senate pass the same government funding bill by October 2, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For this market to resolve to "Yes," the bill must actually pass both chambers of Congress (the US House and the US Senate). Passage of separate or different bills will not qualify; it must be the same piece of legislation. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US Government. However, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
