Will Kevin Spacey declare bankruptcy?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kevin Spacey announces that he will file for bankruptcy or has filed for bankruptcy of any variety by June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An announcement will suffice for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of if or when the actual filing occurs. The primary resolution source will be an announcement be made through any of Kevin Spacey's official or verified channels, as a recorded or written statement by himself or his official representative, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
