This market will resolve to "Yes" if Neiro ($NEIRO, https://dexscreener.com/ethereum/0xc555d55279023e732ccd32d812114caf5838fd46) is newly listed for spot purchase on Robinhood before any other coin. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If no new coin is listed by December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be Robinhood, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
