Will Netanyahu's UN speech be be between 35-40 minutes long?

Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to address the 80th UN General Assembly on Sept 26, at 9 AM ET. You can read more about that here: https://www.ynetnews.com/article/py4iuj848 This market will resolve according to the length of his speech at the event. If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. The speech length will be measured from the start of when Netanyahu begins audibly speaking at the podium until the moment he finishes the speech. If Netanyahu remains at the podium and continues speaking (e.g. saying "Thank you" to the crowd) this will not count toward the length of his address. This market is explicitly Benjamin Netanyahu's scheduled UN address on September 26. Speeches, events, or comments that occur outside of this event will not qualify toward this market's resolution. If the event contains a Q&A, it will count toward the resolution of this market. If this event is definitively cancelled, or otherwise is not aired by September 27, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket. The resolution source is the video of the event.
