Will $NOT be listed first on Robinhood?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Notcoin ($NOT, https://dexscreener.com/ton/eqcay8ifl2s6lrbmbjey35liumxpc8jfitwg4tl7lbgrsor2) is newly listed for spot purchase on Robinhood before any other coin. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If multiple named tokens are listed on Robinhood simultaneously, this market will resolve according to the token whose listed ticker (BONK, MOG, etc.) comes first alphabetically. If a named token is listed simultaneously with a token that is not named in this market group, this market will resolve to the named token. If no new coin is listed by December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be Robinhood, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
