Will Obama say "Yes we can" at DNC speech?

Barack Obama is scheduled to speak at the DNC Tuesday August 20. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Obama says "Yes we can" during his main DNC speech. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If Obama does not give a speech at the DNC this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the phrase regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the phrase will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. The resolution source will be the video of the speech.
