Will SVB be acquired by Monday night?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if announcement that Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) will be, has been, or is being acquired or merged with between by March 13, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purposes of this market, an announcement by SVB is enough to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the announced acquisition/merger actually occurs. An announcement that a majority of its assets are being acquired suffices to resolve this market to "Yes." The FDIC acquiring institution doesn't count for this market. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Silicon Valley Bank, an acquirer of Silicon Valley Bank, a company merging with SVB, and/or the FDIC, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
