This market will resolve to "Yes" the House votes on an omnibus spending bill, minibus, or government-wide continuing resolution (CR) by Nov 12, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This includes: Roll call votes Recorded votes Yea-and-nay votes Electronic votes (in the House) Division/standing votes The following does NOT qualify: Voice votes where individual member positions are not recorded Unanimous consent agreements without a recorded vote Votes in committee Procedural determinations by the presiding officer Deemed passage without an actual vote The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reproting.
