Will Trump end FEMA in first 100 days?

On February 2, Donald Trump posted that FEMA should be eliminated: https://x.com/autismcapital/status/1889355068820111527 This market will resolve to "Yes" if the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) ceases operations entirely by April 29, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If FEMA is merged with another agency, resulting in a consolidated department with a shared administrative structure which is no longer titled FEMA it will count as a "Yes" resolution. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
