Will USDC redemption or minting be halted in the U.S. by April 30?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if USD Coin (USDC) redemption or minting is halted in the United States between February 15 and April 30, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Redemption or minting must be halted by the resolution date for this market to resolve to "Yes." An announcement that redemption or minting will be halted, but goes into effect after the resolution date, will not suffice to resolve this market "Yes." The primary resolution source for this market will be statements released by Circle (e.g. via https://www.circle.com/) and/or statements released by the federal government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
